Before focusing on residential, I spent four years in commercial real estate including working as a consultant for one of the nations biggest developers with our client being the biggest tech company in the world , working on half-billion dollar development projects and leasing restaurants across the country.

I also spent years producing community events across San Jose, which gave me deep roots in neighborhoods like Willow Glen, Japantown, and Rose Garden — the kind of local knowledge you can't fake.
